Know It All’s skill set is considerably broadened by the addition of Alan to the team. His formidable General Management and Operations Management experience is underpinned by an engineering degree and an MBA (with Distinction, naturally). Working for a major multi-national, he was most recently part of a European team charged with steadily implementing lean manufacturing best practice across the business, and as such has a real pedigree in instilling this approach on a project basis.

It has to be said, Alan has an amazing ability to master everything he turns his hand to. Indeed, it is said that he can break into NASA with only an old BBC model B computer, a blow torch and some duct tape. There will doubtless come a time when he simply walks the earth – looking to bring peace and prosperity to all using only the macro function in Microsoft Excel 2007. In the mean time we can but bow to his awesomeness.
