Not only does Lisa have years of delivering training under her belt, she has a forensic and organised mind…underpinned by degree-level Marketing expertise; an ideal skill set to bring to Know It All’s clients. She’s also doing a sterling job keeping our Recruitment business growing – managing us and matching candidates with vacancies via a complex range of marketing initiatives.

As co-owner of the business, Lisa brings wonderful balance to the team. Whilst Raj remains a hotbed of ideas, Lisa ensures that all options are fully thought-through and delivered smoothly.

Indeed, it's making things happen that is her particular gift. In a nut shell, if you want the seemingly impossible achieved, just ask our Lis to deliver it (and then wander off content in the knowledge that it's all in the most capable of hands). In the unhappy event that she spots something that's holding up the ultimate goal of the project in question - she has a withering look that could desiccate an oak tree from 30 paces. Even more impressively, she'll stroll through it all with studied serenity (when the rest of us would be tempted to let our bottom lip to wobble)...
