An energetic, uncommonly enthusiastic workaholic who has developed a highly successful approach to getting professional results in a hurry; whilst having fun. Experience in 9 packaging plants; most of these years were spent in senior sales and operational management roles.

This experience is underpinned by a sound education: an MBA (with Distinction); 1st class degree in Marketing with Systems Analysis; a Diploma in Marketing and a Diploma in Management. (He is also worryingly proud of an ‘O’ Level in Drama).

He set up Know It All in 2004 – which initially had a particular focus on the packaging industry, but has now diversified into a range of sectors (both public and private). What started as a training business soon developed into consulting and then into recruitment.

There are also those who have suggested that he is extra-ordinarily good-looking, although these have been few and far between. Hobbies include Karate (he recently gained his black belt), and tennis. In the long run Raj’s true claim to fame will doubtless be his tragic ability in tennis – which is heroically bad. Few people can miss as many ‘sitters’ as Raj with such erring consistency, and still maintain near manic levels of enthusiasm for the game.
