Richard brings a wealth of sales and sales management experience to the Know It All fold. His attention to detail and organisational skills are excellent, and he has absolutely tonnes of integrity. With a thoughtful and considered modus operandi, Richard ensures that he fully understands our clients’ needs before he gets stuck into consistently delivering on his promises.

Every business needs a ‘goal-scorer’, and we certainly believe that we have managed the sales equivalent of signing Michael Owen in his prime.

Should he ever decide to take up acting, it is worth noting that Richard can muster the focussed air of someone who could convincingly play a baddy in a Bond movie. However, we thought a picture of Bloefeld would be a little too unkind (albeit quite funny). You really should have seen the background picture we were going to use – Bloefeld and the white cat! (Frankly Raj chuckled on and off for days just toying with the idea). We ask clients to be patient if our Richard breaks into a rendition of “No Mr Bond, I expect you to die”…he’s got to practice, and you never know when Barbara Broccoli will call for an audition.
