Job title: Account Manager
Remuneration: Salary starting at circa £35,000 and negotiable on experience. OTE of 40,000+ is achievable through the company sales incentive arrangement. With a fully funded company car (BMW 3-series / Audi A4 standard), laptop and Blackberry.
Location: Leeds to Oxford

The Role
The main challenges of the role are:
·The successful candidate’s objectives will be to manage key existing clients (growing to £3,000,000 sales after the probationary period).
·Deliver the Service Level Agreements and manage the cost to serve to these key clients, and enhance margins.
·Deliver a growth plan to gain £250,000+ of new business each year.
Main responsibilities include:
oMaintaining and exploring the growth of existing customer accounts.
oDeveloping profitable new business in line with the company strategy.
The Person
The key experience and knowledge requirements for the role:
·A proven track record of sales results and a pedigree in business development.
·Knowledge of the print and packaging industry is essential – from a sheet plant background.
·A stable CV is also important!
