Job title: Business Development Executive

Remuneration: £30- 35,000 + bonus (depending on experience), car, company pension, mobile and laptop

• Our client is a worldwide paper and packaging organisation with a national presence in theUK.
• A strong, friendly and stable management team are doing an excellent job of improving an already impressive business.
• They have an excellent pedigree in printing, supply chain management and IT support – with outstanding levels of customer service; essentially they have the structures in place to support their blue chip customer base.

The Role

The main challenges of the role are:

• Win £1million of new business within 12-18 months, from the following sectors, brown & white goods; electrical machinery; mechanical machinery, automotive; precision engineering, pharmaceutical & life sciences.

The Person

The key experience and knowledge requirements for the role:

• A proven track record of new business development within printing and kitting (i.e. added value propositions within a print environment).
• Experience with Supply chain Solution sales
• An established knowledge of the geographical area and the end users in the client’s target markets.
• Excellent supply chain experience.
• IT literate with the ability to create spreadsheets and prepare presentations.

The key personal behaviours and attitudes required for the role are:

• A good communicator with a confident manner and relationship building qualities.
• An ability to work on their own initiative as well as being part of a team.
