Job title: Case Maker Operative
Remuneration: £20-22,000 pa
Location: Midlands, around the North Leicestershire area

Our client requires two Case Maker Operatives to work in a corrugated sheet plant in North Leicestershire.

The Company

Main responsibilities include:

o Operating a case maker (flexo-folder-gluer) on a rotating 3-shift system – 5 days a week.
o This will include the feeding section, print units, in-line rotary die cutter and gluing section.

The Person Profile for Case Maker Operative:

• The key experience and knowledge requirements for the role:
o A minimum of 2-3 years experience of working with a corrugated case maker machine (i.e. flexo-folder-gluer).
o Excellent knowledge of setting up a case maker, printing and die cutting in-line.
o Good housekeeping skills.

• The key personal behaviours and attitudes required for the role are:

o Diligence and attention to detail are crucial.
o Good organisational skills.
o The ability to use your initiative.
o Good communication skills and a committed team player.
o Willingness to accept overtime requests when client demand requires it.
