SCA offers to acquire Georgia-Pacific's European tissue operations for Euro 1.32 billion SCA has delivered a binding offer to acquire Georgia-Pacific EMEA business. The offered price is EUR 1.32 billion ($1.8 billion). Georgia-Pacific´s acceptance of this offer is subject to consultations with work councils where appropriate and to customary closing conditions, including regulatory clearances from competition authorities.
