Why Operational Consultancy?

  • There are two broad ways to make more money; improve sales or improve efficiencies.
  • New sales are not entirely within your gift (you’re depending on new clients agreeing to switch), but efficiencies are!
  • By improving efficiencies you are exercising the option of making an acceptable return on your current revenue level.

In a nutshell, hitting your profit budget is entirely in your hands – and we’d love to help.

We offer the following operational consultancy:

Operational Consultancy

  • Operational health check. (1 day)
An initial brief overview to determine the main areas of focus for improvement
  • Full operational assessment. (5 days)
The full assessment is centred round three main themes: Operating Systems, Management Infrastructure and Mindsets & Behaviours.  These are further subdivided into 15 main capability areas and 45 operating standards, ensuring a comprehensive review of your business.  A detailed report and summary presentation will complete the assessment.
  • Operational improvement plan.
The outcome of the assessment is used to tailor an improvement plan to your specific needs and issues.  It will highlight likely resources, timescales, priorities and steps for improvement.
